How do I initiate a return or exchange?

What is your return policy?
You are covered by our 100 night return policy (US only). You can initiate a return for any reason within 100 days. Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Initiate a return by emailing us and when we receive your product(s), we will promptly issue a refund. Reach out at hello@lasuens.co for help.

I received the wrong item or size what do I do?
We're so sorry that happened! Please email us at hello@lasuens.co or respond to your order notification email and we will get it sorted out for you.
What do you do with returned bedding?
All lightly used returns are donated, we never re-sell anything that has been opened.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide but only offer free shipping to US based customers.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
How are duty and taxes handled?
Duties and taxes will be due upon arrival, we do not prepay them.

When will my order ship?
We generally ship orders out in one business day or less, but please allow up to two before reaching out.
Can I combine discounts and promo codes?
You may only use one code at a time. For products on sale they may be excluded from discounts entirely.

What are the care instructions for the Breezy Bamboo Comforter?
Spot clean recommended. Dry clean if needed. Do not bleach. The best maintenance for this bamboo comforter is a little time outside and shaking out.
We recommend using a duvet cover. Not only will it extend the life of your comforter but you'll be able to keep it cleaner for so much longer. Full washing guide
What are the care instructions for the Laguna Sheets and Duvet Cover
Machine wash cool to warm. Tumble dry low. No need for fabric softener. Avoid washing with other rough fabrics.
When possible, use a mild detergent. You may occasionally wash with a diluted chlorine free bleach if you feel you'd like to get them 'extra' clean and fresh!
What is the Breezy Bamboo Comforter filled with?
A lot of people assume only the shell is made of bamboo viscose but both the shell and filling are made of bamboo viscose.
I put the comforter into the duvet cover but there's extra fabric?
The comforter isn't a square and you can easily mixup the sides. We're adding long and short side tags to the comforter shortly to help with this!
