A. IMMEDIATE PURCHASE
When you buy Lasuens you are covered by our 100 night return policy (US only). You can initiate a return for any reason within 100 days. Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Initiate a return by emailing us and when we receive your product(s), we will promptly issue a refund. Reach out at hello@lasuens.co for help.

Please keep in mind, we are real people and will do our very best to help you. We understand our products aren't for everyone and are more than happy to return for any reason within the return window. If the return window is past, reach out nicely and we will try to help.

B. COVERED DEFECTS
Manufacturing defects may be covered after the 100-day return policy on a case-by-case basis. If you think your product(s) has damage or a defect that was not the result of improper use, reach out at hello@lasuens.co

C. WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Problems and issues that result from normal wear and tear or improper use are not covered.

This includes but is not limited to:

1. Normal wear and tear.

2. Any improper use of the comforter.

3. Minor imperfections such as slight cosmetic flaws.

4. Stains, tears, burns, and discoloration that occur over time and/or are caused by the user.

5. Any comforter purchased from a non-authorized Lasuens distributor.

6. Allergies or sensitivities to fabrics or materials.

7. Damage caused by animals, rodents or children.

8. Naturally occurring aromas from lyocell, polyester, or other materials.

D. MADE TO ORDER & CLEARANCE PRODUCTS
Any products that are made to order like our pillow inserts, (euro, king lounger) are excluded from the 100 night trial and can only be returned because of defects. Products marked on clearance are also final sale and will not be covered.
